Natasha Hemmerling has practiced law since 2002 advising both small and large corporate clients in such diverse areas as business law; dispute resolution and litigation; building and construction law; property law; employment law; and wills and estates.
Natasha regularly represents clients in the Supreme, District, Magistrates, Federal and Industrial Relations Courts. She is also a keen advocate alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation, arbitration and conciliation.
However, while providing her clients with practical, sensible and realistic advice about their cases and the expected outcome, Natasha prefers a commercial approach to disputes. She is an excellent negotiator and encourages out-of-court settlements where possible.
Natasha is the Chairperson of the Master Plumbers Association of South Australia, a Board Member of the Construction Industry Training Board, an Advisory Board member of the Executive Roundtable, and a member of the Law Society of SA.

In 1991 Kelly started working underground at Roxby Downs for a short time before taking a role at Zonge as a junior office assistant. Starting from the bottom she subsequently purchased the company in 2006. Zonge provides electrical ground geophysical survey solutions in Australia and around the globe including planning and conducting surveys for mining exploration, environmental and geotechnical applications. Kelly also has a second company which will help to protect the environment, Liquid Integrity Systems.
Kelly is on the boards of GGSSA, ASEG, ILF Scholars Network, and Executive Roundtable. Kelly recently completed programmes at Harvard and Oxford Business Schools. She has been awarded Premiers Leadership Excellence Awards, twice received Industry Leadership Grants, a scholarship to Australian Institute of Company Directors, Telstra Business Awards Finalist, Mentor in the curious minds program and Entrepreneur of the Year Regional Nominee. Kelly is passionate about taking the challenge of constant improvement.
